Pink Tonic Cocktail

Ingredients

• 70ml Croft Pink Port
• 200ml Tonic Water
• Lemon Peel
• 2 Mint Leaves
• Ice Cubes

Pour tonic water and croft pink into a long drink glass with ice. Add lemon peel and garnish with mint leaves and lemon zest.
