Punch Melody Cocktail

Ingredients

400ml Croft Pink Port

90ml Cognac

200ml Sparkling Wine

90ml Lemon Juice

90ml Simple Syrup

24 Seedless Black Grapes

12 Dashes Of Angostura Bitters

Ice Cubes

Simple syrup: add 500ml of water and 500g of sugar into a medium hot pan, stir until the sugar is dissolved. Turn off the heat as soon as it starts to boil.

Place most of the grapes in a jug. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Add ice cubes. Decorate with the remaining grapes.
