Domaine De Durban Muscat De Beaumes-De-Venise
Domaine de Durban is an old, fortified farmhouse based in an idyllic spot with panoramic views of the vineyards, pinewoods and mountains.
Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise is a classic style of French dessert wine. Two different strains of Muscat Blanc a Petit Grains, Noir and Blanc, are harvested late and fermented at low temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatics. A precise volume of pure grape spirit is added to stop the fermentation, retaining some residual sugar and fortifying the wine.
