Ombre Cocktail
Fill the glass with crushed ice. Place Taylor's Chip Dry white port, orange juice and lemon juice. Stir a little. Add the prepared Berry Mix on top. Finish with garnish.
Garnish: Rosemary and fresh blackberries
Glass: Double rocks Berry Mix
Put all ingredients in a blender. Mix for about 5 minutes. Remove from blender and reserve. To preserve, place in the cold.

- 2cl Fresh Orange Juice
- 1cl Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2cl Sugar Syrup (Monain Brand)

- 10cl campari
- 30cl Taylor's LBV
